The palace on the Place de la Concorde: a pool at the spa, four Signature Suites with an Eiffel Tower view, the Marie-Antoinette afternoon tea, and no starred restaurant.

On the Place de la Concorde, in the 8th arrondissement, the Hôtel de Crillon welcomed its first guests in 1909. It has 78 rooms and 46 suites, ten of them Signature Suites, according to an article on its website; the MICHELIN Guide gives it two Keys. It has a pool, at Sense, A Rosewood Spa, but does not say who may swim. For dining: Nonos par Paul Pairet, selected in the MICHELIN Guide without a star, Jardin d’Hiver, Bar Les Ambassadeurs and Butterfly Pâtisserie.

Fact check-in

The hotel says
L'Écrin : 1 Star - Guide Michelin
We verified
The hotel’s awards page lists this star under 2025. We searched for L’Écrin in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide: it is not there. Its restaurant page redirects to the site’s home page, and the hotel now presents it only among its event rooms. The hotel’s only restaurant in the Guide, Nonos par Paul Pairet, is selected without a star.
Verdict
Out of date: no starred restaurant in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide
