The pool and spa at La Réserve

A 16-metre indoor pool for guests; non-residents need a booked lesson, session or programme.

Spa Nescens has a 16-metre indoor pool, according to the hotel (the MICHELIN Guide says 15), a hammam, a fitness studio and three treatment rooms. The spa is open daily from 9am to 9pm; treatments, for ages 16 and over, are open to people not staying at the hotel.

The spa page reserves the pool and fitness studio for guests of the hotel and of the La Réserve apartments, people booking private lessons and spa members, that is, Le Club. The hotel also sells packages that include the pool and hammam: a Lagree session in the studio (€160 per person, according to a December 2025 news page; the studio page does not name the pool for this session), a Morning Sculpt session (€285 per person, with breakfast, according to an April 2026 news page) or the “Assess. Activate. Transform.” programme (€420 per person for three weeks). The “A Day at Spa Nescens” treatment programmes (two and a half hours of treatments, €485 to €530, €420 for the one presented as this summer’s) and the “Women in the City” spa day, designed for women (€695 per person), include the pool; as we read it, they are open to visitors. No pool opening hours are published, only the children’s times. The home page, for its part, describes the spa as “reserved exclusively for guests staying” at the hotel, unlike the spa page.
